i) Must make the customer or client happy, get your people involve and get rid of departmental waste and unnecessary expenditures.

j) Must be capable to lead people. You need to be a teacher.

k) To enforce and implement company’s policy.

l) Able to hire the right person and retaining good people. Hire the best people and nurture them.

m) Try to avoid erratic temperaments.

n) Foster good working environment.

o) Able to motivate people to reach their utmost potential.

p) Able to work within the allocated budgets. He need to have effective cost control in all departments.

q) Manager should shows compassion toward his subordinates.

Recently, I was reading a book entitled The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy. I was dumbstruck by what I have read and it so simple yet nobody even know it that simple.

What I really mean was, if you really want to have or change your life for the better i.e. have plenty of money or financially sound, never again to get up early morning to go to work, have plenty of time to enjoy life and travel around the world and so on and so forth, you can achieve all of these just by saying this simple mantra or prayer or anything you want to call it, you must do it daily (several time in a day) and you will be surprised with the result you will get.

The mind controls everything i.e you action, your career, how much money you earn, how happy you are and so on, especially the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind can do wonders to your well being.

The following statement or mantra or whatever you call it, is a simple technique you can use to multiply money, abundance of money that you can ever imagine. The mantra goes like this:

" I like money. I love it. I use it wisely, constructively, and judiciously. Money is constantly circulating in my life. I release it with joy, and it returns to me multiplied in a wonderful way. It is good and very good. Money flows to me in avalanches of abundance. I use if for good only, and I am grateful for my good and for the riches of my mind."

That it folks, it so easy. just repeat, again and again, the mantra several times a day and do it daily. Make it a habit to say this every day throughout your life.It may sound crazy but crazy people do the thing that normal people don't do. It is a mind conditioning technique that will propel you to the sky and brings back something good, really good. It is the power of the universe.

Staff secretly dropped computers discs and USB thumb drive in the parking lots of government buildings and private contractors. Of those of picked them up. 60% plugged the devices or run the disc into their office computers, curious to see what they contained. If the drive or USB case has an official tags or logo, 90% were installed.

Now that shows how easy it is for unknown or spyware , malware programs get into their PC. In spite of all those prevention tools, if we allows this to happens, nothing in the world can prevent it from happening.This shows human are the weak link in the fight to secure networks against sophisticated hackers. We help the hackers to come into our networks just by being idiots.

For your info, the year 2011 is rather strange or unusual. Particular the month of July, July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens once in every 823 years. This phenomenon is called money bags ( or should I say bags of money). To be able to receive this money bags, all you have to do is to forward this email to your friends or friends to be and viola!, money will arrive within 4 days. Please noted that all this finding is based on the Chinese Feng Shui. The one who does not forward this email will, guess what? Will be without money (I knew you going to say that).

Well, it depends on what you believe or believe in. It is rather superstition really. But in science this is called “Logic” or coincidence. You can do the math if you want to (probability) and after long, boring, tedious, hectic calculation you will arrive at the spot where once in 823 years, the calendar appears as above.

In addition to that, this year also we're going to experience four unusual dates as well, strange.

I admit that at the end of every month, after deduction of this and that, the left over is barely enough to buy anything at all. And this is absolutely true for most people. We constantly always are struggling trying to make ends meet. We really struggle to meet our obligations and we always end up hurting our mind, body and soul that it always not enough. It is very strange indeed don't you think so? No matter how much you earn you always end up in this ever messy situation.What a life. When can I be like them (rich and famous).

The truth is we always condemned those who are successful and wealthy who have raised their head above the crowd. Perhaps some of us have said a nasty sentence such as that fellow is ruthless and evil; he is a crook; no wonder he is rich because he cheats people and so on.
If you analyst the situation, we always condemning the thing that we wish for i.e. wealthy, rich, abundance of money...Why is this happening...is it because of envious and covetous of the other's prosperity or something that you yourself can't really explain...why should you be envious of others who are more successful, wealthy than you.

Are this really beneficial to you? What do you get in return by condemning? Does it improve your livelihood? According to the self help book – The Power of your subconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, the quickest way to cause wealth to take wings and fly away from you is to criticize and condemn others who have more wealth than you.

I know it is not easy to ignore and leave them alone but you have nothing to lose really. Just leave and ignore them. What is the worst thing can happen to you? Will you be more poorer? Your wife will leave you for rich guy? Nothing! Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, find out how they make so much money? What are the secret or mechanism they use to help them make more money? Who are they talking to? Is it luck? Is it magic? Is it something to do with talent? Is he lucky? What? There must be some logic explanation? This is not new really. It happens every now and then. Many people get conned by some brainy person who have the guts to run a phony FOREX investment website that look very convincing. My friend due to quick rich making machine i.e. forex scam get involve and invested his hard earn money for quick buck.

I sensed something is not right and too good to be true with the company Edgar International, a foreign exchange investment company when in just one day you start making money for just a few hundred dollar initial investment.

Referring to the movie wall street - GREED IS GOOD, I don't know about you but Greed is Dangerous to me. Even the word Greed is not good at all. No one wants to be associated with Greed.

I have made my point that greed makes people go crazy for money and you know what, if you don not know what you are up to it is already a sign of trouble. When you make a mistake in investment, you make a big mistake. So now what? Is Money is the root of all evil? No, not using your brain and common sense is the root of all evil in investment.

In this day and age when crude oil prices are soaring, the weather seems to be getting worse every year due to global warming, and the growing population which consumes more energy than ever, there needs to be some alternatives to our aging energy solutions. At our current rate, the world consumes energy at an estimated two percent growth annually. This would mean that the world-wide energy consumption will have doubled in the year 2040 compared to that of just three years ago. [1]

Based upon this fact the world has been working on improving our energy systems. There are many solutions that exist and have existed for many years, but these resources need to be captured and incorporated into an efficient system . One resource that we can use for energy is wind. As one might have noticed, windmills have been going up all over the place. Another resource for energy can come from using the power generated from the world's oceans. This energy is captured through the ocean's waves, but cannot be effectively captured in all parts of the world.

Although both of these and more exist, this article will focus on Photovoltaic Systems. Also known as a PV System, it utilizes photovoltaic cells, and solar energy from the Sun. Of course, solar energy from the Sun can more specifically be defined as the photon energy originally from the sun’s radiation in the wavelength region from 0.3 to 2.7 micrometers. The main component used in a PV System is the photovoltaic cell, also known as the solar cell. The solar cell is a semiconductor device that converts photons from the sun into electricity. Using the energy captured from the Sun this electricity can be used to power the grids that already exist without the need for replacing the whole system. This has to be one of the key benefits from a cost standpoint.

Speaking of cost, due to recent popularity, the cost of solar panels (consisting of thousands of cells combined into one ), has been steadily decreasing. This is just one obstacle that has to be overcome before we can implement this solution. Another obstacle is the fact that it is only practical in tropical regions. The best spots for the technology are in areas far from the areas that consume the most energy. This is due the space heating that occurs in the north because of the lesser solar insulation. Continuing, obviously the Sun is only out during the day, therefore we need to figure out a way to store this energy during the night. The final obstacle is the need to convert the DC power that is generated into AC power.

The good news is that these obstacles can be overcome. The benefits far outweigh these disadvantages. For instance, solar power generates very little environmental pollution, although pollution due to the manufacturing of silicon, etc., cannot be neglected. Also, once the systems are in place, they need very little supervision and/or maintenance. This fact will account to the overall cost of running a facility due to a smaller staff. Another advantage is that the Sun is available to at least half of the world at any given moment. The greatest advantage is that apart from a catastrophic event, the Sun is not going to burn out any time soon. Unlike oil, we will not have to worry about running out, and because the Sun is available to everyone, as an added benefit, wars for oil can end.

PV systems can be found much more commonly in smaller applications around the homes. Lighting is by far the most common thing noticed around the common household. Nightlights, outdoor lighting, and even the headlights on your vehicle may be taking advantage of smaller, but nonetheless PV systems. Hopefully, these are just the start to much greater PV systems.

Soon one will be able to buy an all electric car developed by General Motors. The Volt is its name and unlike a hybrid vehicle which incorporates two systems, the Volt runs on a single electric engine. There is another engine which uses gasoline, but is used as a generator, and is not used to move the vehicle. The car runs on the electric charge for 40 miles before using the generator for power, and will charge in six hours. Another electric vehicle is made by Tesla Motors, and is named the Tesla Roadster. Just last October in Australia, the Roadster was driven 313 miles on a single charge which is a new record. These cars will be available over the next few years, but are just an example of how electric systems overall will impact our future.

In utilizing PV systems, it may one day be possible to have a fully renewable resource system which will impact the generations to come. In doing so, all lives will be improved as our footprint will be smaller on Earth and as a planet we can continue to strive.

When was the last time you try to view MS document only to be disappointed because the current msoffice in your PC can’t read the MS document usually in docx format as it is created using the latest MS Office 2007 and 2010. A Pint Sized Roller Skating Robot

Japanese Giant Company Hitachi had successfully invented first of it kind Robot that able to move across minor bumps and wires on the floor without tripping. “The robot can control its posture similar to humans do when we jumping on inline skates” said Yuji Hosoda, Chief Researcher at place’s Transportation System Department, at the robot Tokyo Launch.

The Robot stands at 80 cm in height and weight 14kg. It is equipped with 14 microphones fitted into its helmet and sensitive enough to pick up human voice in a noisy environment (filtering technology). It is fitted with wheels on both legs for smooth mobility and moves at maximum 6km/hour (average fast walking speed for a human adult).

EMIEW 2 has the same voice communication, and obstacle evasion technology* which enables safe maneuvering between moving objects, as in EMIEW 1, but with the addition of autonomous moving technology which plots how to reach a destination by automatically mapping the robot's surroundings. Incorporation of these three technologies enables EMIEW2 to navigate through corridors, around obstacles, weave between moving people, guide visitors to their destinations, and deliver drinks and documents.

Few things that you should take care of before your retirement

What I am suggesting below may not be applicable to certain individual. This is just a guideline to better prepare your retirement before it too late. Some may take this for granted because they think it still a long way to retirement and why should I worried too much about it.

a) Start saving for retirement as earlier as possible. The earlier you save, the more you will save.
b) Start your EPF contribution (Employee Retirement Fund for Malaysian Citizen).
c) Learn to manage your spending and expenditures.
d) Buy or build your own house. Buy more houses if you can afford.
e) Educate yourself on Managing Fund or financial matters.
f) Take good care of your health. Eat well balanced healthy food. Don’t smoke or drink too much alcohol (don’t be alcoholic). Exercise often to maintain good health.
g) Ensure you have fire insurance for the house. You don’t want to use your retirement saving to rebuild your house if your house is on fire do you?
h) Do do not take on bad debt e.g. buying consumer items such as LCD display on credits or buying expensive gadget using your credit card and so on. Unless you know how to manage and clear off the credit card outstanding on time.
i) Learn to invest and invest in selected unit trusts.
j) Learn new or upgrade your skills to help you earn more money.
k) If you are technical person, update your knowledge and do your very best to carry out your job so you can be promoted and earn more money. More money, more saving.
Not having enough money on retirement is the worst thing that can happen to you if you are not prepared and it can be a nightmare or worst still it can drive you mad.

Depression – a disease of loneliness

Medically it is due to low levels of serotonin and other neurotransmitters. Depression is a form of mental disorder and it must be treated accordingly otherwise it will cause many problems to the person, physically and mentally. It may to certain point of time become a life treating situation (took your own life).

What actually caused or triggered it remains a mystery till today. I myself have been suffering depression for many years and I have seen doctors and took their prescription and advice but with little improvement.

I have read a book written by Dr.Tom Mulholland – HEALTHY THINKING – How to Turn Life’s lemons into Lemonade and it all about turning negative thinking into positive thinking. It very difficult to change, adjust or trying to think differently, the opposite of what is currently in your mind or how you feel at that time. In order to successfully able to think positively one must have strong will power, discipline, determination, believe, faith, never give up easily and many others.

Dr.Tom says that thinking or worrying about something will not going to change anything. If you want something to change, then start think positively and strategize a technique or ways to deal the matter. If everything else fails, dump the matter and keep going ahead. Life has to go on no matter what. You can control what is going on by controlling your attitude (not thinking right)

People in Control Live Longer

Occasionally I spent time to read motivational books such as the one I read yesterday entitled Maintaining Sound Physical and Mental Health by W.Clement Stone. There are many useful guidance presented in almost all the pages but I find this particular phases are the most influential and it kick me right at my butt (good kick).

The phrases are as follows “Contrary to what everyone believes or would like to believe, top-level, high-paid, successful women and men live longer than anyone else. People at the top are in control of their lives and people in control live longer. It not is not hard work that kills, it is not competition. It is not even having to count all that money that kills. What kills is not having control over your lives” said Dr.Estelle R.Ramsey, a nationally known endocrinologist.

Dr.Ramsey continued by saying “Middle managers are the ones who are killing themselves. They are the ones who are highly subject to cardiovascular problems. They are the one who suffer from stress because their lives are neither predictable nor secure.” Dr.Ramsey found the same characteristics in rats. “When animals know what to expect”, she said, “They can handle stress. When it is unpredictable and they have no control, they start to bleed internally and die”.

So my dear friend, this is like an eye opener and makes us aware this is common to most middle managers. Worrying about problems which we have no control what so ever is pointless and just wasting your bloody times. We are better off thinking something else that can brings benefit to you personally, financially, physically and mentally. Worrying affects the circulation i.e. the heart, the glands, the whole system nervous system. I have never known a men who died from overwork, but many who died from doubt (thinking negative and so on).

Time is another factors that we seriously need to look into. Nowadays we aged very fast and in my opinion we need to act fast and do something quickly and forget about wasting time near the TV or hanging out with bunch of real time waster (unless of cause if you need sometime off after hard work). As an example, I should have thought or do something to start building a house when I was young, some way between 25 to 35 years old rather than 44 years old.

It is much reasonably cheaper and when you make a mistake you still have time to correct the mistake. Anyway, getting old is beyond our control and it better not to think about it at all. Do your very best now, today and navigate your life to the very best you can and aimed, focus and then shoot. Pray that you will hit the bull eyes.

Prior to CCleaner v2.29, if you wanted to specify file types in CCleaner's INI file using Include or Exclude, you had to specify each file type on a separate line. This had the effect of slowing CCleaner down, since it had to run multiple scans.
With v2.29, you can now specify multiple file types within a single Include or Exclude line. Here's the syntax:

IncludeX=TYPE|Path|extension[;extension][|RECURSE]

Where TYPE is PATH, FILE or REG.

(If you add RECURSE, CCleaner will include items in the stated path as well as its subfolders. This is only supported for the Include command, not the Exclude command.)

I have been using the wrong symbol all this while for copyright ©. I have frequently used the @ for copyright symbol for almost four years and I did not bother to check until someone pointed it out.

The following methods should work for all PC keyboards when you need to type a copyright © symbol. It should work on WYSIWYG html programs when you insert copyright © symbols and of course any word processor where you need to make a copyright © symbol with your keyboard from standard fonts installed.

This is very common to most people. Not having enough at the beginning of every month (money leftover after paying all that debts). It almost does not make any sense at all. We worked just enough to pay the bills and food and not much extra left to buy the thing that you always wanted. Not forgetting that boring routine job we are force to do every day and at the end of the day, we are getting no way. Time fly very fast. I still remember the day I utter the word “financially sound” 15 years ago and now I am still the same old me. The only different is that I am getting old.

Then almost everyday you start question to yourself “when is this going to stop?” “When am I starting getting enough money to retire comfortably?” This, my friend will never be answered, believe me, I am in the same boat as you. If we don’t stop complaining and asking that same stupid question we will end up going no way but still at the same spot as before. So, my friends let us get rid of this nonsense and start do something, anything to improve our current situation. I am very sure there are many options to make money legally. We have to try and look for it.

Complaining isn’t going to help you to get more money or at least improve your financial problem. Don’t waste your time.

Let us do some thinking like, how to make your hard-earned ringgit (RM) stretch further by adopting a smart and healthier attitude toward money management and be coming a careful money spender.

Let us begin by looking at where all the money goes (out of our pocket).

THE BIGGEST MONETARY WASTES:

a) Extravagant life style: going out for expensive dinner, eating out more frequently (almost everyday), Spend more at restaurant. Buying the expensive designer clothes (even though we know we cannot afford but for style, who cares), buying unnecessary gadget i.e. expensive latest nokia handphone with TV tuner, MP3 player, 5MP camera and so on. The list can go on.

b) Gambling: Buying the 4D and hoping to win the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for couple of thousands and then keep on saying the word over and over again “if I won the 1st prize, I am going to spend the money buying all the thing that I have always wanted”. My friend, gambling can be very addictive than smoking or drinking or womanizing. It can drain your saving or whatever amount of money you have like water rushing out of the tap. The simple advice is keep away from gambling except during festive season such as Gong Xi Fa Chai where the gambling must end on Chap Goh Meh.

c) Cigarettes: If you are a heavy smoker, you might not understand the economic significance of a daily packet of cigarettes over a lifetime (if you live longer to see it for yourself). The cost of a packet of cigarettes nowadays is roughly between RM 8.00 to RM10.00 (depending of the brand). If you smoked a packed a day, in a month you have to fork out at least RM 240.00 and in a year you may have spend about RM 2880.00. That my friend a lot of money. If you invested the money, instead you may be getting a handsome return. However, it is easier say than done. To be able to quit smoking is a very hard thing to do to some people but hey, you have to sacrifice something to gain isn’t it.

d) Paying too much interest: I believe most of us have a credit card (at least one). In fact, it is one of the most valuable plastic card you often carry with you wherever you go. But if you use it wisely it actually help you financially but if you use it wrongly, well, you will suffer for it. Those of you carry outstanding balance from month to month is a sure sign of danger and you are force to pay more and more to be able to eventually settle the amount and the moment you paid them in full you will be tempted to use it again. To avoid being in bad debt, manage your credit cards carefully by:

• Paying off your card balance in full every month.

• Using it wisely to take advantage of the 20 day free interest period.

Consolidate your loan : It is more reasonably cheap to pay for one loan than few individually loan. Talk to your bank financial officer to consolidate all your loans. It might help you lower the interest you pay to the banks.

In short, to be able to manage your money carefully, is not that hard to do. It just needs practice, discipline, and strong will power not to buy or spend unnecessarily. Budget for necessities such as Food, Electricity, Petrol and so on. Tackle the one that is most important first. Manage compulsive buying behavior by keeping less cash in the wallet so you are not tempted to spend what you don’t have. Shop with a list. And most importantly is start putting away some percentage of your earning and invest them. Let the money be your servant. Let the money work hard to get you more money. You are the master not the money. You control the money not the money control you.

The following ideas can be accomplished only, I will say it again only if you follow the following steps carefully and start early (at young age). It may sound ridiculous but it is achievable. Too many people think that making a million is way beyond their wildest dream but it is still possible, theoretically, to acquire or amaze that amount of money. Anyway you have nothing to lose if you follow the guide below but gain. However don’t blame anyone especially me if you fail to get what you want.

Making one million dollar is just a pipe dream to many people but is it possible to make that kind of money in one lifetime? I for sure am still trying to figure out the path to guide me and possibly one day I get to that spot. Yes it is possible or may be possible to acquire that much money by following these ideas and who know it may help to put the seven digits in your bank account.

1. You can start by asking $10 from 100,000 people you know. Yes, it sound ridiculous but it works if you know that many people in your lifetime.

2. Think franchise. What about selling something, say, fried “mee” or the local favorite “nasi lemak”. If you sell 1000 packets of “nasi lemak” daily in one location may not be so practical but what if you sell 100 packets in 10 locations (100 x 10 = 1000 packet a day). If you net profit per pack is $1, it may takes you only three years to make that seven digit. Now, I’m asking you it is possible isn’t it? I remember I read sometime ago in a newspaper, a vegetable seller turns millionaire just by selling vegetable for few years in his small mobile store.

3. Pay yourself first. Put aside 10% of your monthly salary in your “seven digit account”. Make it a standing instruction so you won’t forget it. Be patience and watch the compound growing.

4. The $5 scheme. This is a simple plan. You save $5 everyday. That’s not a lot or is it a lot to you? Then, deposit the money in an account that pays an interest of 10% p.a. In 42 years, you will have $1,000,000.00, barring any fluctuations in the interest rate.

5. Invest in education for yourself. Learn a skill. Get an MBA for example. Boost up your qualifications. The more you’re a worth; the more you will be paid. But you have to pay the price by scarifying you time for your family. You tend to spend less time with your family and more to your job. Why? Because you’re the head of the company and you get pay more.

6. Join a reality show. You can be a participant on reality show, for example, the reality show” who want to be a millionaire”. If you are lucky, you might win the grand prize of $1,000,000.00. Another way is, the most common way is to buy a lottery (big sweep lottery currently giving away $13,000,000.00 for the 1st prize).

7. Be an entrepreneur. Start a business or any business that you think can make you money, lot of money. Someone once said: “if you love your job, you’ll never have to work a day”. I don’t quite understood this remarks but my comment is: if you like your job, say doing business and make money, very soon you become good at it, too good that people want you to do more and more, you tend to work harder and at the end you get tired. You’re suppose to make your life easy not end up getting tired and more tired. Anyway that is my opinion but it sound like a great way to get rich.

8. Go online. May be you have a great idea, like the student in England, making millions by selling pixel in his site (http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/) or maybe you could be the next famous online infopreneur, the great John Chow (http://www.johnchow.com/) earning an average monthly income of $ 12,000.00 via his website.

There are many ways to make money out there but to decide which one suit you best is solely depend on you. What interest you the most and most importantly, are you ready to take the challenge to start your own business or do something to make you more money? But do not make money illegally cause it not good for your soul.

We normally say this so very often than not, “Why I do not have more Money?” and this is true to most people. The reasons are many and often not so easy to explain because it very personal and people are not sincere in telling the truth.

Why some gets it so easily than others? Is it because they not interested in getting more or they did try but failed or lack of motivation, not keen, can’t be bother or the process of getting more money is difficult and troublesome?

As Dr.Joseph Murphy is saying in his book entitled “The Power of Your subconscious mind”, the reason most people do not have more money is that they silently or openly condemn it. To them they refers money as dirty or “Filthy Lucre”, you need to be crook to have more money, money is evil and so on.

They often tell their friends and children that “the love of money is the root of all evil”. Money by itself is not evil at all but the misused of money for some thing bad is. Money is just an idea and it does not have mind of it own. If you leave money inside a can and leave it for many years nothing bad will happen.

By accepting or focusing the idea that money is not evil, you will attract money to come to you. If you focus the idea that to have more money is “Filthy Lucre”, you rejected money and therefore you will be getting hard time to have more money and that what you are going to get.

If you focus on getting money, that what you will get. But if you focus on getting out of debt, guess what you will get more in debt. You are attracting debt into your life.

This may sound funny or strange but this is the law of attraction. Anything you focus upon will be attracted to you. Therefore if you focus on more money, more money will come knocking your door, the money come without warning and formal invitation.

Recent study by researcher (economics and psychology faculty, University Warwick) in London confirmed that job promotion can harm your health and leave you substantially less time to visit the doctor.

The researcher found that job promotion produces 10 per cent more MENTAL STRAIN and leaves up to 20 per cent less time to visit the doctor in the event of illness.

Researcher Chris Boyce said: “Getting a Job Promotion at work is not as great as many people think. Our researcher finds that the mental health of managers typically deteriorates after a job promotion. There are no indications of any health improvements for promoted people,” he said. – AFP

That being the case, it is better to get pay raise rather than Job promotion. There are cases whereby a person suddenly died after getting promoted. No doubt some may get through the process of mental strain and live to tell other about their experience. Our body and mind are some time vulnerable and susceptible to stress and it is our self that need to learn, manage and cope with the never ending stressful working environment after a job promotion.

The Power of Negative Thinking

Negative thinking appears to be more prevalent than positive thinking. It seems that with most people positive thinking requires some effort, whereas negative thinking comes easily and uninvited. This has much to do with education and the environment one has been living in.
If you have been brought up in a happy and positive atmosphere, where people value success and self-improvement, then it will be easier for you to think positively and expect success. If you have been brought up under poor or difficult situations, you will probably go on expecting difficulties and failure.
We all view everything through our predominant mental attitude. If our thoughts are positive, that is fine, but if they are negative, our lives and circumstances will probably mirror these thoughts.
If you believe that you are going to fail, you will unconsciously sabotage every opportunity to succeed. If you are afraid of meeting new people or having close relationships, you will do everything to avoid people and relationships, and then complain that you are lonely and nobody loves you.
Do you often think about difficulties, failure and disasters? Do you keep thinking about the negative news you have seen on the TV or read in the newspapers?
Do you see yourself stuck and unable to improve your life or your health? Do you frequently think that you do not deserve happiness or money, or that it is too difficult to get them? If you do, then you will close your mind, see no opportunities, and behave and react in such ways, as to repel people and opportunities.
The mind does not usually judge or examine thoughts and opinions before accepting them. If what it hears, sees and reads is always negative, it accepts this as the standard way of thinking and behavior.
The media constantly bombards the mind with a lot of information about disasters, catastrophes, wars and other unhappy events. This information sinks into the subconscious mind, and then manifests as your habitual manner of thinking. By occupying the mind with depressing and pessimistic thoughts you radiate negative energy into the surrounding world, thus creating and recreating more negativity, failures and disasters.
The mind is neutral energy. The way you think determines whether the results are positive and beneficial or negative and harmful. It is the same of energy acting in different ways.
The good news are that persistent inner work can change habits of thinking. You must be willing to put energy and time to pursue positive thinking, in order to change your mental attitude.
A few Tips:
- Each time you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, reject the thought, and think a positive one instead.
- If you catch yourself visualizing failure, visualize success instead.
- If you hear yourself uttering negative words, change to positive words instead.
- When you say, "I cannot", say, "I can".
- Do you repeat negative words and phrases in your mind? Change them to positive ones.
- Open your mind to positive attitude and expect positive results.
- Decide that from today, from this very moment, you are leaving negative thinking behind, and starting on the way toward positive thinking and behavior.
It is never too late to change your attitude and your life.

a) Before you begin, please backup your registry in case there is a problem after you perform the following steps.

b) Open up the registry menu by typing regedit on the run command.

c) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer.

d) In the right pane of the registry Editor, right click in the empty area and a popup menu will appear with only one choice – NEW.

e) Click the NEW and choose and left click the DWORD value.

f) You will notice a New Value # 1 entry with a blue binary (011110) icon on the left of it. Rename New Value # 1 to AlwaysUnloadDLL and change the default 0 to 1 and click OK.

g) Close the registry and you will notice your windows will run faster when you open and close programs.

How to Speed Internet Access

You can do this tweak to improve windows performance online. Click start menu, choose run and click to open. Type gpedit.msc and click ok.

On the group policy menu, choose local computer policy > computer > configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > QoS Packet Scheduler and in the right pane: look for setting called Limit reservable bandwidth. Double click it and change the button setting from Not configured to Enable.

Then change the percentage bandwidth limit from 20 to 0.

Click OK and close the menu. You will notice the windows perform much faster online now.

Caution: Always backup the registry before you attempt the following procedures:

a) Speed window Start Time: It is advisable to backup the registry before you do anything so you don not make mistake just in case. Now let us start the process: 1) Go to start, choose run and type “regedit” and click enter. Click Hkey_LOCAL_MACHINE and then click the + to expand this folder, click the following in steps:

SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > SessionManager > Memory management >PrefetchParameters and then look for the one called “EnablePrefetcher” and double click it.

Type “1” (without the quotes) to replace the current number (usually 3), click OK and close the registry menu. Now your Computer should start up faster than before.

Work brings together people of different characters and behavior, and this often causes friction, resentment and stress. Sometimes the boss is too demanding, colleagues may be unpleasant, there might be too much work or the working conditions may not be comfortable. The job may be boring, there might be competition or envy between the workers or the customers may be uncongenial or unfriendly. No wonder there is tension and stress.

These are some of the reasons why most people eagerly wait for their vacation. Their vacation provides them a way to get out of their daily life and find some peace. The good news is that you do not have to wait for your vacation. You can learn to gain inner peace and enjoy every moment, right where you are. You can stop fretting and getting tense. You can experience peace of mind and happiness wherever you are. When your mind is peaceful, the whole environment become peaceful.

Now you probably wonder what you can do to make this come true. I am not going to talk here about meditation, though this is one of the best peace of mind tools. Below you will find some simple and easy to perform tips and suggestions to experience inner peace at your workplace.

You may not succeed at the first attempts, but if you keep on performing these suggestions earnestly, you will gradually begin to experience peace of mind. This peace will not only by inside you. It will spill over and influence your whole environment.

1) If the people you meet talk in a loud voice, are impolite and tense, you will probably react and behave accordingly, hereby raising the level of tension. On the other hand, if you stay calm, talk, act and react peacefully, people unconsciously emulate your behavior. You become a leading power, no matter what is your position at work.

2) Each day before you enter your workplace, repeat several times the following affirmation with feeling, faith and attention:
"My mind is peaceful throughout the whole day. I radiate peace around me. I talk peacefully, politely and with a smile. I choose to act peacefully".

3) Greet the people you meet at work.

4) Whenever you feel tension or anger building in you, take three deep slow breathes before any talking or action.

5) Pay attention to the words you think, say or write. Use only positive words.

6) Be polite.

7) Whenever you find yourself raising your voice, lower it immediately.

8) Talk in a medium pitch voice, not too loud or too low, and don't let the loudness or pitch of other people's voices influence yours.

9) Several times during your workday find a quiet place. It may be at your desk, or if it is not quiet enough there, it can be at the bathroom, an empty room or some other quiet spot. For several moments visualize a beautiful location that you love or some event that made you happy. Feel that you are there and enjoy the feelings that arise.

10) While working, concentrate on what you are doing. Put there your full attention. This will keep your mind off disturbing thoughts.

11) Don't waste your time and energy analyzing and thinking about people's motives and behavior, but rather try to improve your actions.

12) Before speaking with someone whom you dislike or fear, or someone who makes you feel tense or angry, take a few deep breathes and visualize the two of you conversing peacefully and harmoniously.

Is it wise to bad mouth your boss?

How many of you dislike your boss very much to want to kick his/her face with your high heel boot? Some of you might says” The boss is a total jerk”, “Good for nothing” and so on. Every time you meet somebody you feel like tell them what a fool, stupid, and idiot this boss is. Is it ok to badmouth your boss? Certainly it is not right to do so. But you really can’t stand working under him/her.

Honestly speaking, it is not a good move to badmouth or talk bad behind your boss even if they deserve it. Never ever bad mouth your Boss because;

a) He/she is your boss whether you like it or not. Nothing can change it. If you can’t stand working with them go find some other jobs otherwise leave it as it is, it your choice really. Otherwise you will go mad and stress yourself to a point where your whole body system might shut down.

b) If your boss is a monster, well it is your job to do something to get him/her like or trust you. Refers to my article “how to deal with bad boss”.

c) Be careful, sometime you never know that there is/are spy among your college that what ever you say bad about your boss will eventually made known to your boss later. You will end up in a boiling soup. Some bosses do have fan and cronies among the staffs. So be careful to whom you speak to if you want to say bad thing about them.

I came across this site called PDF Search Engine while searching using google for PDF files on the subject of Clickbank Guide. It can easily search the net for e-book with the extension .pdf.

How to deal with Bad Boss

It everyone wishes that they have good and understanding bosses but in reality it seldom happens or will never happen. What if you end up working with a BAD boss? What will you do to manage the situation? How do you cope with your job working under him? You feel like cursing him almost daily. You stress your self trying to find solutions but in the end you get tired, frustrated and annoyed. Human is the most difficult to deal with. So stop thinking and carry on with your job. Do follow the steps below and if you still feel the problem is unbearable, quit your job and find another.

Here are the tips to cope with Bad boss.

a) Learn to accept your boss’s power and authority over you – even if used unfairly. Some boss have attitude problem, egoistic, too proud and there is nothing you can do to change that. They are born with the handicap.
b) Don’t keep wishing your boss were different. Put your energy elsewhere. Divert your energy to do something useful.

How many time you heard a person or your friend say to you thing like “I don’t like to be rich, unless you want to be a crook or take advantage of people” or some thing similar. Most people prefer to give excuses to justify why they are not rich or want to be rich. Believe me; this is true, that why so few of them become rich. They like to blame people or other for their failure or lack in financial. The more you talk about getting rich to these people the more they bombarded you with unpleasant respond.

I have listed below some of the excuses I frequent heard throughout the years and would like to share it with you.

a) I am to busy to think about money.
b) I am not interested
c) I am not cut off to be a rich man.
d) I am not smart
e) I don’t have good business knowledge
f) I don’t want to be a crook
g) I may not have time to spend with my family
h) I don’t like working hard
i) I am scared they will kidnap my children for ransom.
j) It involved too much work.
k) I do not want to con and take advantage of people for self-gain.
l) Money is the root of all evil.
m) I am waiting for the right time.
n) I am scared to do business
o) God does not allowed me to accumulate wealth
p) God doesn’t like rich people.
q) Health is more important than wealth.
r) Fear of failure
s) Fear of loosing money
t) I am not ready, too young to think about it now.
u) What wrong with being in the middle class.
v) I choose not to be rich
w) My friend says business is risky
x) People would dislike me.
y) I am not greedy.
z) I want money but I don't want to work for it.

The list of excuses can go on and on and there are no ending to it. People are good at making excuses when come to issue to do with becoming rich. They don’t want to admit that it is their own fault of not becoming financially sound. Most of them don’t even dare to try. They prefers to sit down in their comfy sofa and wondering what going to happen when they retired or looking at the sky and hoping the money will falls from the sky. But in reality, these false hopes will never come through.

We have in our home a large medley collection of pens. Some were bought personally but mostly they were company give-aways (gifts promoting their company). Finding a pen is never a problem in our home. Here are but a few of the good designs.

This is your standard ball point pen but the ink is purple and is marked by the purple body. Other conventional pens have either black, blue and red bodies to show their ink colour.

This one comes in bright primary colours with a heavy top that tapers down. Looks top heavy or slim and elongated, depending on your point of view.

This is cigar or rocket shaped and there was a ring holder at the end for hanging the pen aroung your neck. Quite uniqe actually.

This one is useful for lecturers and those who give talks and seminars. There are two laser lights at the top which come in handy when you need a pointer. Body is stainless steel and durable.

Need to find a pen in the dark? Well this is the answer to your prayer. A phosphorescent coloured pen. They should also invent one which whistles back (with a microchip) so that you can find your pen in your room or office mess.

Yes I know. It doesn't look interesting at all, but the clip at the end is flexible and will never break off! It pulls away with a spring. Good for rough people.

This is a foldable half pen. Handy for carrying around. It came in two attractive illuminous colours - red and light green. You can even hang it around your neck on a string.

This is my personal favourite as I am a practical person. Not only does it have a firm rubber grip near the nib but the clip has a unique wrigley design.

Some of you may have seen better designs. Yes there are many out there which have caught my eye but I never quite got to buying them. Some have uniquely carved wooden bodies with nibs and ink inside and others have flexible bodies which you can curl into a spiral and there are 10 in One coloured pens (although I must say these often malfunction after a short while - springs fly out easily and changing colours can be tricky when the mechanical parts get stuck together).

Should I come across any other unique designs in the future, I may update my pictures when I have the time - for all to share.

How do we make ourselves financially self dependant

Not long ago I have written an article about the abbreviation of J.O.B. How to be financially sound while still remain as an employee? Most people have the opinion that you need to start your own business to make you rich. The word rich is very subjective. The true definition of rich depends on the individual perception. Some says they are rich to have only $500K in the bank and some says they need $1,000,000 to be considered rich. Another says you can not be rich working with somebody. Your earning power is dictated by the employer. The employer decided how much you can earn working with them.

As an employee, we are dependent on the mercy of our employer to provide us food and shelter. Without them, we have nothing to look forward at the end of the month.

So how do we make ourselves self dependant? Quit your job and start a business? It is not that simple. However, there is still a chance that you can be financially independent while remain an employee simply by following the simple steps shown below (may be become a millionaire as well, never judge a book by it cover). All you need to do is to:

a) Make as much money as you possible can. You should earn not less than 2K and do all you can to earn more. Work hard, show your manhood and work smart so that your pay will go up (I hope so) as well. Become an expert in doing your job. Be the best in your field. In other word, aim for higher position and go for more pay check. Learn the art of corporate ladder climbing and office politic.

b) Another alternative is to spend less. Most people will not favor this because you have to tighten your belt and it not very comfortable. You tend to miss a lot of thing you desire. Therefore most people willing to forgo this and in the end they tend to spend more and left nothing to save. What a sad scenario.

c) Save part of that money. Make an effort to save a portion of your salary every month. (Read the book: the richest man in Babylon).

d) Learn to invest and invest that saving wisely. Learn and choose an investment that pays you higher return but be very careful. Higher return means higher risk. But then again no risk no gain.

e) Avoid major financial mistakes. This will eat most of your saving and jeopardize your investment.

Please be reminded that JOBS are temporary source of income and J.O.B means “JUST OBEY BOSS”.

I was looking for a small guitar amp to practice. The criteria I am look at are a follows:
a) Small enough to fit into the guitar case
b) Requires no AC but runs on batteries (normally runs on 9V battery).
c) Easy to use with or with cord.
d) Not so heavy. Light weight.
e) Delivers clean sound with good tonal quality
f) Produce natural distorted sound.
g) Last but Not Least, it must be affordable enough for every one to buy.

After browsing the net for a while, I manage to pick one that almost fulfilled the requirement that I was looking for. It is small enough and it is very affordable. It has great sound (click video below to hear the sound). But the placement is a bit awkward. I prefer the amp clipped on my belt rather than protruding. Nevertheless, it is small in size and less troublesome to use. When you practice with this amp, it keeps everyone happy. Too bad it does not have Headphone input.

This is a freeware of screencapture for iphone named Capture. It very easy to use just clicked the icon and two button menu will popped up hovering above the screen. Now you can browse internet, open a file, websites and if there is something you like just click the button “snap” and the image will be capture and stored in the camera roll. You can then open the camera roll to view the image. There is no adjustment required, everything is automated. It captured the whole screen (full screen). Unlike the PC screen capture, with Capture you can't select particular images or area to capture.

Why limit the rules of money? Money was created by human and of cause the rules can be more and not limit to certain numbers. Money can evolve just like any living matter. I got piss-off really whenever I heard or saw an article that says 8 rules of money. These often called guru or expert in financial, frequently telling people when dealing about money do not limit our thinking of the many ways we can earned money. Yet, when they tell people about money these guys always specified the number i.e. eight, ten, twelve and so on. In my opinion it should not. And furthermore these guys also always picked the number 8. Why? Just because number 8 means luck or good fortune, it does not mean you have to use 8. It contradicts with their philosophy.
