d) A Bad boss leaves a personal footprint – A bad boss will have his personal footprint on everything that leaves the department. Every memo, every letter, every report will be edited to carry his message.

Oh, I have this kind of boss....the kind that likes to say "We are a team" but then takes all of your ideas and presents them to their manager as something that they thought of. The kind that wrongfully embarrasses employees in front of everyone. BAD MANAGER!!
